Salvador Vargas Plascencia a man with deep family ties and appreciation for others, a man of great ethics and love for his family. A longtime resident of Wauconda, Illinois left this world unexpectedly on September 14, 2023 at the age of 61 due to health complications. Salvador is survived by his children, Yoana, Karen, Nora and Jonathan; His Grandchildren Theodore A., Aliana R. and Melody P.; brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his mother Elisa and his father Ruben. Salvador was born in Cuauhtemoc, Colima, Mexico on March 6th, 1962 to Elisa and Ruben. He moved to the United States in 1993 with his family to provide them with better opportunities and education for his children. Salvador was among the first in his family to move to the United States and encouraged the rest of his siblings to move and settle in Illinois. This allowed future generations of the Vargas family to have access to better education and lifestyle opportunities. Salvador was a man with warm smiles and love for his family who always encouraged unity. Salvador was a devoted father and grandfather, he always looked for the best interest for his children's sake. Salvador was a good listener who always tried to give his children advice for their lives while allowing them to explore their dreams. Salvador was a hard working man who accomplished everytask in front of him up to the last moments of his life. We invite friends and family to join us during visitation hours at River Woods Funeral Chapel in Des Plaines Illinois, from 2:00pm-8:00pm, on Sunday, September 17, 2023. We extend the invitation to join the family at The Shrine of our Lady of Guadalupe at 1170 N River Rd, Des Plaines IL on Monday at 10:00am for mass. After mass, we will be gathered for the committal at All Saints Cemetery at 700 N River Rd, Des Plaines Illinois. Salvador Vargas Plascencia un hombre con profundos lazos familiares y aprecio por los demás, un hombre de gran ética y amor por su familia. Un residente de Wauconda, Illinois, dejó este mundo inesperadamente el 14 de septiembre de 2023 a la edad de 61 años debido a complicaciones de salud. A Salvador le sobreviven sus hijos, Yoana, Karen, Nora y Jonathan; Sus nietos Theodore A., Aliana R. y Melody P.; hermanos, hermanas, primos, sobrinas y sobrinos. Le antecedieron en su muerte su madre Elisa y su padre Rubén. Salvador nació en Cuauhtémoc, Colima, México el 6 de marzo de 1962, hijo de Elisa y Rubén. Se mudó a los Estados Unidos en 1993 con su familia para brindarles mejores oportunidades y educación a sus hijos. Salvador fue uno de los primeros de su familia en mudarse a los Estados Unidos y animó al resto de sus hermanos a mudarse y establecerse en Illinois. Esto permitió que las generaciones futuras de la familia Vargas tuvieran acceso a mejores oportunidades de educación y estilo de vida. Salvador fue un hombre con una linda sonrisa, amor por su familia y que siempre fomentó la unidad. Salvador fue un padre y abuelo devoto, siempre buscó el mejor interés para sus hijos. Salvador era un buen oyente que siempre trataba de darles a sus hijos consejos para sus vidas y al mismo tiempo permitirles explorar sus sueños. Salvador fue un hombre trabajador que cumplió con cada tarea que se le presentó hasta los últimos momentos de su vida. Invitamos a amigos y familiares a unirse a nosotros durante el horario de visita en River Woods Funeral Chapel en Des Plaines Illinois, de 2:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m., el domingo 17 de septiembre de 2023.
