Arturo Cisneros Flores, (Eloy ) Age 93, of Des Plaines, IL, formerly of Indiana. Loving husband of Zoila (Aparicio) Dear father of Elsa Marquez, Jamie Cisneros, Eric Cisneros, Jose Luis Cisneros, Zoila Rotolo, Jorge Cisneros and Jesus Cisneros. Grandfather of 13 and Great Grandfather of 10. Visitation Thursday, October 6th, from 3PM to 8PM at the River Woods Funeral Chapels. Family and friends meet Friday, October 7, from 9AM at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 1170 N. River Rd. (On Central at River Rd.), Des Plaines, IL 60016. MASS 10AM. Burial will be at Tezoatlan De Segura Y Luna, Oaxaca, Mexico.
