Con profunda tristeza anunciamos el repentino e inesperado fallecimiento de Judith Figueroa, ocurrido el 15 de Diciembre de 2025 en el Hospital Lutheran General de Park Ridge, Illinois. Judith nació el 6 de Mayo de 1949 en Tilzapotla, México. Fue ama de casa y madre soltera durante los últimos 39 años de su vida. Le sobreviven sus 6 hermanos y hermanas menores, sus 4 hijos, Gabriel, Judy, Denise y José Miguel, así como sus 10 nietos y 2 bisnietos. Judith fue precedida en la muerte por sus padres, Donaciano y Tomasin, y por su esposo, Miguel. A Judi le encantaba estar rodeada de su familia en todo momento y nunca conoció a una persona con la que no pudiera entablar amistad. Incluso al final, estuvo rodeada de amigos y familiares. La velación se llevará a cabo el sábado 20 de Diciembre de 2025, de 2:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m., en River Woods Funeral Chapels, 205 S River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016. La misa funeral se celebrará la semana siguiente en el Santuario de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, seguida del sepelio en el Cementerio All Saints, ambos en Des Plaines. En lugar de flores, la familia agradecería cualquier ayuda económica para ayudar con los gastos funerarios durante este momento tan difícil y doloroso. Judith was born on May 6, 1949 in Tilzapotla, Mexico. She was a Homemaker and a single mother for the last 39 years of her life. She is survived by her 6 younger brothers and sisters, her 4 children, Gabriel, Judith, Denise and Jose Miguel, as well as her 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Judi was preceded in death by her parents Donaciano and Tomasin, and her husband Miguel. Judy loved being around her family at all times, and never met a person she couldn't be friends with. Even at the end, she was surrounded by friends and family. Her visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 2pm to 8pm at River Woods Funeral Chapels, 205 S River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016. The funeral mass will be the following week at The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, followed by an internment at All Saints Cemetery, both in Des Plaines.
