We used River Woods Funeral Chapels for both my Dad and Mom’s funeral services. The attention and service that my family and I received was beyond excellent. Stacey embraced us during these tough times and helped us navigate through all of the decisions, making it so much more bearable. She was almost like a therapist, listening to our grief and providing support above and beyond what was expected. Maria was phenomenal, always taking care of any questions or needs we had, and helping us with all presetting arrangements, while being very kind and supportive which was so helpful for us. And I also have to commend the additional staff that helped us the day of the memorial, as they were on top of everything that was needed, making the day flow smoothly. Overall, the staff of River Woods Funeral Chapels felt like family and we appreciate all of them for their support and compassion.

The funeral director and River Woods were truly a blessing in a very difficult time. Stacey was genuine, kind and compassionate. She went above and beyond to make my Dad's Celebration of Life services perfect, attending to every detail and accommodating every request. Stacey took the time to explain everything to us, answer our questions and provide information about items we had not thought to ask. She never made us feel rushed or that she was being inconvenienced. She even attended to some unforeseen hiccups that arose along the way, outside of their scope of services, without us even having to ask for her assistance. Our family is grateful to Stacey and River Woods for making this difficult process seamless and easy to navigate. I would recommend Stacey and River Woods Funeral Chapel to anyone seeking services for their loved one and will certainly use them in the future should the need ever arise. Our family appreciates the compassion and respect shown to us during a very difficult time.
